THE WORLD IS MY LIBRARAY

The jungle is a novel that I found. The 2 short stories I found were Rip Van Winkle and the Lottery. The novel appealed to me because I heard my history teachers talk about it and it interested me because the conditions back than were very harsh especially in the factories. The Rip Van Winkle story really interested me from the summary it had about it. It's about a man that falls asleep for 20 years and when he wakes up he has missed the American Revolution. The American Revolution was historical and missing that would be such a trip. I picked The Lottery because it was described as one of the most famous American literature short stories, that right there just appealed to me.
